Government recruitment affects careers and personal finances, so accuracy matters. The advertisement—not this article—controls the qualification, age, domicile, quota, experience, closing date, fee, syllabus and selection process for each post. Latest BPSC jobs 2026: what is open now?

At the time of this review, the application portal showed no available jobs. The main Jobs page still displayed 2026 advertisements, addenda and corrigenda, including Advertisement Nos. 01/2026 to 06/2026. An archive entry is not proof that applications are open. Open the advertisement PDF and check its closing date; then check the live Available Jobs screen.

Some posts can be extended, corrected or withdrawn after the original notice. For example, the 2026 Jobs page includes addenda extending certain medical posts and press releases withdrawing some assistant posts. This is why copying only the first advertisement creates serious errors.

BPSC official website, portal and contact information

The correct domain is bpsc.gob.pk. Be careful: “BPSC” can also mean Bihar Public Service Commission in Indian search results. A Balochistan applicant should verify the Government of Balochistan domain, Quetta address and provincial advertisement before entering a CNIC or paying money.

The official contact page lists the BPSC office at Sumangali Road, Quetta 87300. It provides separate numbers for Examination (081-9201498), Recruitment (081-9201601), Computer Section (081-9203264) and Information Desk/Reception (081-9201764). Recheck the live contact page before calling because extensions and assignments can change.

Who can apply for BPSC jobs?

There is no universal qualification for every BPSC vacancy. Eligibility comes from the relevant service rules and the advertisement. The official FAQ says the basic conditions generally include Balochistan local/domicile plus the advertised education, age and experience. A deficiency can lead to cancellation even after a candidate has appeared in a test.

• Age: Calculate age on the closing date and read the current relaxation notification cited in the advertisement.
• Gender and quota: Apply only where the advertised allocation permits.
• Departmental permission: Serving candidates may need to apply through the proper channel.

A higher degree does not automatically replace a missing essential degree. BPSC’s FAQ says the advertised essential qualification controls. If equivalence is involved, secure the required certificate from HEC or the designated professional authority before the closing date where applicable.

How to apply online for BPSC jobs

The BPSC portal says that no hard copy or document copies need to be forwarded for an online application and that the printed application should be retained for the applicant’s record. However, follow the exact advertisement if it contains post-specific instructions.

BPSC application fee and the 2026 online payment update

Application cost is an important search and budgeting question. BPSC announced an online fee-submission facility through 1Link banking channels, available from May 5, 2026. Because this is newer than some FAQ text describing only a green treasury challan, candidates should follow the current advertisement and the official online-fee guidelines.

Do not send money to a personal Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account advertised in a social-media comment. Use only the official payment route. The official FAQ says candidates are usually expected to bring original CNIC and the relevant fee proof, and the portal has historically advised retaining the original treasury receipt for the examination. The admission certificate or roll-number slip and any post-specific document should also be carried as instructed.

1. Confirm the CNIC format and advertisement/post details.
2. Check whether the schedule covers your post.
3. Review scrutiny or rejection information where published.
4. Keep your acknowledgement and payment proof ready.
5. Contact the BPSC Computer, Recruitment or Examination section using official numbers.

BPSC syllabus, past papers and preparation costs

The official post-specific syllabus is more important than a generic academy outline. BPSC tests may use MCQs, descriptive papers, professional subjects, practical tests or a combination. Competitive examinations have their own structure. Download the syllabus associated with the exact post and advertisement.

BPSC job salary is not one amount. BPSC recruits for posts in different Basic Pay Scales and departments.
