How to improve our Mind
We can improve our minds by following a healthy diet, exercising regularly, not smoking, and keeping blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar in check and some other things which are listed below.

Sleep helps our brain to work faster and more accurately on what we have done ahead. University research showed that the students who got incomplete or inadequate sleep chose simple math and those students who slept well got difficult math problems which means that these students who slept well will be able to solve these difficult math problems because they slept well. It also improves memory attention. The brain is better at making or establishing memories when we are not awake.
There is no single food that holds a strong mind. Maintaining a sharp brain is to follow a suspicious nutrition plan filled with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Berries, leafy greens, and fatty fish are helpful in overall body health and especially for improving brain health.
Keeping learning can boost self-confidence and help us to find meaning and purpose in life. A great way to keep our brain healthy and active for a long and busy life. There are so many opportunities to learn. Scientists have called it a ‘‘ fantastic tool for overall health ’’. It is the primary factor for brain health especially. Joining a book club or Library Or taking classes at our community college will improve our brainpower.

Playing games that require logic, math, vocabulary, and visuospatial skills, such as Sudoku, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and others, are excellent ways to boost brainpower. Multiple cognitive skills are required in these games, challenging your mind and enhancing your memory and processing speed.
