Job Description for Sales Job in Lahore

The company is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to fill the position of Officer – Sales & Merchandising. The ideal candidate will serve as a pivotal link between buyers and manufacturers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters.
  • Understand buyer requirements and manage production timelines to meet delivery schedules.
  • Handle product development, sampling, and quality control to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze consumer preferences, and devise strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in design, production, and marketing to align manufacturing and sales processes effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the textile industry.

Behavioral skills and competencies:

  • Understanding of industry/company regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented professional with the ability to independently drive projects from inception to execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
