Job Description:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for leading the organization’s overall information management strategy, vision, and execution. The CIO will oversee the development and implementation of information initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence through effective data and knowledge management.

• Develop and communicate the organization’s information management strategy, in alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging information management trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization’s operations and growth.
• Establish and maintain effective information governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
• Manage information risk by identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate controls, and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Harness data insights for informed decision-making.
• Monitor regulatory compliance requirements related to information privacy, security, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a senior information management role.
• Ability to shape information management strategy in line with organizational needs and vision.
• Well-versed in all applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in identifying and evaluating emerging information management trends and assessing their potential impact.
• In-depth knowledge of information management and governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Minimum Qualification Required:

• Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a related field.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
4. The candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible.
