Job Nature

Job Description:

• Development of a case management system for Human Rights Complaints
• Received and processed complaints through the case management System
• Preside over proceedings to examine the complaints to ascertain the violation of fundamental rights.
• Maintain a record of cases/complaints, issue notices on behalf of the Commission, and convey its decisions to relevant authorities for compliance 
• Supervise the Complaint handling mechanism of the NCHR
• The overseas compilation, recording, verification, and dissemination of data related to complaints. (The registrar is responsible for ensuring that the Commission’s work is documented and reported accurately. 
• This involves preparing reports, maintaining records, and disseminating information to stakeholders)
• Any other work entrusted by the competent authority.

Qualification:

• Ph.D. or equivalent Qualification in Law or Social Sciences,

or

• M. Phil Degree or equivalent in Law or Social Sciences, 

or 

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Law or Social Sciences with CGPA of 3 or above, or 60% or above marks from the HEC recognized Institution.

Experience:

• 13 Years Min. Required Experience

• BPS-20
