Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Hiring the Services of Individual Consultants.
Under this program, PIU-PULSE invites experienced candidates having relevant experience /qualifications from recognized institutions to indicate their interest in providing consultancy services in the below fields. Interested candidates should provide information indicating that they are qualified as per below criteria:
1. MIS/IT Specialist
Qualification & Experience
- i. Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science / IT or equivalent education from HEC recognized University/Institute.
- ii. At least (10) years of post-qualification experience in the development, designing, and management of software solutions.
- iii. Experience as an MIS/IT Specialist or a similar role.

2. Android Developer
Qualification & Experience
- i. 16 years of education with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
- ii. Minimum 5 years of relevant verifiable experience.

3. Business Analyst (Short Term)
Qualification & Experience
- i. Minimum 16 years of bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ii. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate or consulting environment. Experience working on projects involving business process improvement, software development, or technology implementation is highly desirable.

4. IT Assistant
Qualification & Experience
- i. Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science / IT or equivalent education from HEC recognized University / Institute
- ii. Preferable experience in any of the programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

5. Revenue Officer
Qualification & Experience
- i. Minimum qualification FA/Intermediate.
- ii. Must complete the Patwar Course.
- iii. At least eight (08) years of experience in revenue work in the field.
