1. Highways Projects Expert
Qualification
- Master in Civil Engineering (Highway/Transportation Engineering/Construction Management
- Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Experience
- Minimum 20 years experience in the field of Highways/Transportation Engineering and worked as Project Manager for at least five (05) Highway projects.
- Must be well versed with AASHTO/ASTM standards, FIDIC forms/conditions of contract, PPRA rules and regulations, PEC procurement Documents etc.

Qualification
Master in Civil Engineering (Highway/Transportation Engineering) or Minimum B.Sc. Civil Engineering Registered with PEC
Experience
- Minimum 20 years experience in the field of Highways including geometric and pavements design etc.
- Must be well versed with AASHTO/ASTM standards etc

Experience

- Must be well versed with ACI Code, AASHTO ASTM standards for Bridges/buildings and steel structure etc.

Qualification
Master in Civil Engineering ((Soil Mechanics Geo-Tech Engineering) or Minimum B.Sc. Civil Engineering Registered with PEC
Experience
- Minimum 15 years experience of material tastings in the field and laboratory on highway/railway projects including buildings, bridges, asphalt/concrete roads, pavement, embankments etc.
- Must be well versed with AASHTO/ASTM standards

8. Senior Architect
Qualification
- Preferably Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Registered with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners(PCATP)
Experience
Minimum 15 years experience of architectural design, producing conceptual & schematic plans, renderings and documents, layout of projects integrating engineering elements into unified design, expertise in utilizing computer-assisted design softwares, understanding and having knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building system and site requirements etc.

9. Geographic Information System (GIS) Expert
Qualification
Master Degree in Computer Sciences or Bachelor of Engineering. geography surveying or related field
Experience
Minimum 15 years experience in GIS,, mapping tools, analyzing spatial data through use of mapping , softwares, designing digital maps, creating “shape- files” to merge topographic data with external data by layering. GPS measuring tools producing maps showing spatial distribution of various kinds of data etc.

10. Quantity Surveyor
Qualification
Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil)
Experience
Minimum 18 years experience in highway sector as Quantity Surveyor, cost estimation of different components of projects, having methodical approach and cost analyzing capabilities, reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements etc.
